How can we help?

Cribliv is a rental platform for Lucknow that connects you directly with property owners and PG operators, with zero brokerage. Search flats, houses, rooms and PGs, see real photos and rents, and find every home on the map.

Search for free, in English or Hindi, by locality, budget or a college nearby, or just say what you need. When you like a home, use 1 credit to request a callback and the owner calls you within 24 hours. If nobody calls, your credit comes back automatically.

Searching and browsing are completely free. Requesting a callback costs 1 credit, and every new account gets 10 free credits. There is no brokerage, ever.

Cribliv's verified listings are in Lucknow today, across neighbourhoods like Gomti Nagar, Alambagh, Hazratganj, Indira Nagar and Aliganj, and near universities such as BBD, BBAU and Integral. Delhi NCR, Chandigarh and Jaipur are next.

Searching is free. A callback request costs 1 credit. New accounts get 10 free credits, valid for 90 days. Paid credit packs are coming soon, and we'll show their prices here before they go live.

Credits are how you request callbacks on Cribliv. One credit gets you one guaranteed call from the owner of a home you like. Your balance is always shown in your wallet.

Yes. The 10 free credits you get when you sign up are valid for 90 days. Your wallet shows the exact date they expire.

No. Cribliv charges zero brokerage. The rental agreement is directly between you and the owner, and we take nothing from it.

When you use a credit, the owner is asked to call you within 24 hours. If nobody calls in that time, your credit is returned to your wallet automatically. No questions asked.

You don't need to do anything. If the owner doesn't call within 24 hours, the credit comes back on its own. For anything else, email help@cribliv.com with your registered phone number.

Sign up with your phone number, choose 'List your property' (or 'List your PG'), then add the details, photos and rent. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live.

We verify every owner and PG operator before their listing goes live, and may ask for proof that you own or manage the property. This protects tenants and builds trust in your listing.

Yes. Listing on Cribliv is free for owners and PG operators.

Every owner is verified before listing, and our team reviews each listing's details and photos. Listings that pass carry a Verified badge. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll check it.

Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit, you sign in with a one-time password (so there's no password to leak), and your phone number reaches an owner only after you request a callback for their property. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Email help@cribliv.com or message us on WhatsApp with the listing link. We investigate every report and remove fraudulent listings, and if you used a credit on one, we'll return it.
